... in my campaign world, of course.
Christopher Gray, The Earl of Kent
Christopher is thirty, looks forty and acts like he's twelve. Big bellied, very jovial and balding, he's the life of the party. He is, however, a very crappy leader. Most of his decisions have been suggested by the countess or the court wizard. He doesn't really care about anything except the occasional hunt.
Elizabeth Burrow, Countess of Kent
Looking like a bored housewife with a lot of time on her hands, Elizabeth spends most of her day taking care of Agnes. Going against tradition of having someone raise her kid for her, she is not very popular with the other courtiers. She currently has a secret liason with Leoric, who she knows from the London court from way back when she was a simple princess and he a simple apprentice.
Agnes Burrow, Lady of Kent
Lady Agnes is eight years old and already has been kidnapped three times. This, of course, traumatised her, and she doesn't really like to speak to anyone except her mother. She's a very small, frail child, with long blonde hair. The countess is currently corresponding with her majesty the queen and Merlin, the head wizard to see if Agnes could be made into a wizard's apprentice. Needless to say, this is highly unusual as she is both too young and female. However, she also is very smart and has already taken some off-the-record lessons with Leoric and she shows some aptitude.
Leoric, Court Wizard

Former apprentice of Merlin. Is suprisingly young for a wizard, but still has a lot of learning to do. Came here from the court of London after he finished his apprenticeship and ended up the court magician, as wizards are wont to do. He rather likes his new position; he gets to screw around with the countess, doesn't have any real responsibilities and is rather fond of Lady Agnes, and he gets to boss people around. He is currently in charge of "extra-courtly relationships" (i.e. adventuring parties) and he rather likes that.
